Here we ensure that there's no 'black spots' so that any work in design is possible with having the correct reference points or surface shape.

Engineering work here starts to really unlock the power of 3D scanning. 

Existing shapes, profiles and mounting points can be accurately analysed, with new items bespoke fitted for a seamless, integrated design ready to 3D print.

As with all manufacturing methods, we recommend a prototype run to ensure the print file is appropriate in quality. Design tweaks can be made from here in case scaling looks out, or additional detail can be changed.

Once we are happy with the final prototype, the run of 3D parts will be manufactured.

Files will be stored on record, so that re-ordering from our catalogue will be easy and simple. Of course, if the design is yours, the file is owned by you!
